    Restaurant Information
Dining  Topaz Bar and Restaurant The bar doubles as the hotel's restaurant. It is an intimate space featuring three large room-like booths and various high-end, high design furniture pieces. The lights fade, minute to minute, from blue to green to purple. Food is served at small tables surrounded by fat stools and cocoon like banquettes, in a low-ceilinged room paved in leopard-print carpet with zebra-pattern ottomans scattered about. We've been told that not all bar food is created equal by a local restaurant critic. Consider the small but clever Asian inspired menu featuring items such scallops atop gingery grits, tuna tar tare, and petite filet mignon, priced and proportioned appropriately. Quotes: "Topaz is just a cool lounge with trendy, delicious cocktails and a mixture of house, drum 'n' bass and acid jazz." Start with the house cocktail, the blue nirvana. It's a tasty mix of champagne, vodka and a blueberry liqueur. "It's not your drink that's too stiff - the lights really do fade, minute to minute, from blue to green to purple." Continental Breakfast is served 6:30am-10:30am. Dinner menu begins at 5:30pm-10:30pm. Room service is available during restaurant hours daily.
