One Bedroom Deluxe A 1 bdrm Ground Floor Deluxe A- 800sf Units have one queen size bed and one queen size sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and full bath. All one bedroom units have cable TV, VCP, patio, voicemail answering machine and washer/dryer in each unit. They feature a hot tub off of the bedroom and fireplace in the living room. Continue for 1.8 miles to the second traffic light. Turn right onto Route 614 (Ironbound Road). Powhatan Plantation is located just under a mile on the left hand side. From Richmond take the I-64 to exit 234 (199E). Follow Route 199 East for approximately 8.5 miles to the first traffic light. Turn right onto John Tyler Hwy (Route 5). Continue for 1.8 miles to the second traffic light. Turn right onto Route 615 (Ironbound Road). Powhatan Plantation is located just under a mile on the left hand side.
