Line Truck 501 at the North Avenue Loop demonstrating the how the line crew could perform wire work without interfering with regular streetcar service. The platform is raised to the proper level and swung over the track to allow access to the wire. The platform is high enough to clear the revenue cars as the pass by the line truck.
