K. G. Klipa on Food


      In this series of articles K.G. Klipa, mother of six grown children, discusses how to eat healthfully and enjoy it. She will share her expertise in pleasing the palate of the finicky toddler, the picky teenager, and the "I don't eat broccoli" adult with simple, enjoyable, and healthful food. Here is a lady who does NOT believe that healthful eating is a matter of rocket science and tofu.

      K.G. Klipa lives in Baltimore and operates Rent-A-Chef, a service that provides catering for functions ranging from dinners for two in your home to small wedding receptions, as well as introductory cooking lessons for small groups.
